Orientation and approach

Primarily I use an Integrative approach to psychotherapy (I use a variety of effective ways of working). I believe in building an authentic, compassionate and deeply caring connection. I’m pretty directive and outcome based, I like providing people with tools they can use in order to struggle less and move towards healing.

Personal Statement

No one gave me a handbook called "how to live life" but through being a participant observer of the human condition I too have experienced many of the peaks and troughs of being human. I have incorporated many of the therapeutic insights I have learnt into my own life and manage (more times than not) to navigate with more compassion and internal strength than I used to...and still I continue to learn.
