I dont understand why I get so upset. I live with my
boyfriend and he is absolutely amazing and so good
to me, I really dont know what I would do without
him! However I get extremely angry at hiim for no
reason and I often cant figure out why, we will be
talking and having a normal conversation and then I
just get angry for no reason and no matter what I do
I cant snap out of it and it will linger well into the
night to the point that we go to bed on bad terms
with each other causing me to struggle to sleep, he
will ask me what he has done and I dont know what
to say to him instead I will pick a fight about
something absolutely ridiculous to use as an excuse
because I honestly have no idea why I am angry!

It is not PMS and Im not pregnant, this has been
going on forever and it normally happens on a
Sunday :/

Please if anyone can offer me any advice it would be
much appreciated!
