[COLOR=GREEN]Well i just signed up here, and i am very glad about this site. I think it will do a lot of people a lot of good. Including me. Well i just need to vent. At present i am just very frustrated, because, i dont really know why. Aagh im just tired. I dont know if anyone will read this post. if somebody does, im sorry, but i just feel, dont really know how i feel. im doing my singing exam on thursday, and im so scared reallly i am. i feel as if i dont know anything and yet i do know all my work, and words. what scares me stiff is the fact that i must site read and do aural that is not very pleasant. And im just so tired even if i do sleep i still feel tired, i dont rest enough i know, but i just wish this guilt feelings would leave me alone, but as they say there are reasons 4 everything and maybe the fact that im going through all of this is to make me stronger. Im fighting with myself on a daily basis it never stops. oh well enough of my moaning sorry about that, but i just felt i had to. thanks 4 listening if there is somebody out there. you take care.

May I suggest seeing yourself as your name suggests? -it's beautiful!  Exams are seriously stressful, I know, but you can do it. You know your work, and I think if you can dream something, you can do it.

We are all 'listening' on this forum, and we are all here to 'listen' to people who need to vent - we all vent, trust me, my poor friend gets an ear bashing at least once a week!  It's necessary, and good for the psyche.

Remember, breathe - if you don't get enough oxygen, your body goes into panic mode, but don't hyperventilate either, or the same thing will happen. Just breathe - breathe in goodness, harmony and peace and breathe out anxiety and panic.  Exams never killed anyone, so you go out there and you just sing like you have never sung before!  Look at Sasha-Lee - ain't she awesome!  I am so proud of her.

You can do it! Believe it!

Good luck my friend.
