Zung Anxiety Scale

Anxiety is defined as a vague and diffuse sense of apprehension or worry. There are degrees of this experience ranging from mild to extremely debilitating. Take this 20 question inventory to get a sense of the extent to which anxiety is a feature of your life experience.
